Exchange/Returns are accepted if you notify us via email (info@hilly.com.sg) whereby we will reply you with a return reference number and return the merchandise to us within 14 days of receipt (for local and international orders) in exchange for merchandise or refund. Returned merchandise without notification will not be accepted.

Please note that discounted merchandise will not be accepted for return/exchange unless the merchandise is confirmed to be of manufacturing defective.

Returned merchandise must be in the original condition when sold and accompanied by the original proof of purchase. Your return reference number must be clearly written on the receipt. Any returned merchandise that is not accompanied by an official return reference number will not be accepted.

All returned merchandise shall not be done in any of HILLY boutiques or counters. You are required to return the merchandise via shipping only. It is advisable to ship the returned merchandise by our courier partner and keep the proof of postage slip, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damage in transit. We offer free return with the use of our courier partner within Singapore and/or Malaysia only. The shipping costs shall be borne by you if you do chose to return via another method.

Once we have received your returned parcel, we shall notify you via your registered email. After we have received and verified the returned merchandise, we would proceed to exchange/refund the specific amount into your account.

Refunds must be processed through HILLY.com.sg ecommerce site where originally purchased.
